portrait photographyI'm actually tired of people commenting on photos telling the artist how pretty the model in the photo is or that they're going to marry him/her. This is deviantart, not fucking myspace/facebook. Critique the photo's lighting, color, composition, angle, resolution, creativity... whatever. Even commenting on the deviant's personal issues isn't as bad. A lot of models look at these deviantart pages, but many don't just the same. You don't know, I don't know. It's just annoying and real artists shouldn't have to compete with sex. I'll admit, I probably shouldn't put so many photos of an attractive woman online if I don't want people looking at them just for their sex appeal. But the point still stands.
This especially goes out to ALL of deviantart, not just my page.
